Santa Grand Hotel East Coast a NuVe Group Collection

Loved the location, lots of cafes both local and Western in the area. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Loved the pool on the roof.

Room was really big compared to other accommodations in Singapore, the design of the room was warm and friendly. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really liked the shower shampoo and soap, they seemed to be way more qualitative than any other place I ever stayed in. I don't usually use the shampoos in hotels. I also liked the pool at the last floor, which I didn't use but you can just go there for the panorama. I chose the location because I needed to be in that area, but even if it's not central, it has good MRT connections so you can reach the city center in 30-45 minutes.

We stayed in the deluxe king room. It had plenty of space in the room and in the bathroom. The tv had netflix pretuned and the wifi was fast and stable. The location was perfect. All around us was places to eat and there is a shopping centre only a couple of minutes walk. The bus stop is just across the road and the rail is an easy walk. The rooftop pool was so nice. The staff were super friendly and the ladies at reception were a great help with which buses to catch etc Will definitely stay here again. Very happy

Hallway to the rooms smelled very nice, staff was friendly and helpful when you ask for neighborhood recommendations. Room was clean and you get free mini bar. The area was very nice, anything you could need is close by.. city centre is reachable by bus (30-40 mins to the Merlion) or take a Grab car. Airport is near (15 mins by car) and the beach is in walking distance.
